COMMUNITY RELATION & PARTNERSHIP MANAGER (CRPM) -
Orami is the biggest vertical player in Moms & Baby's category in Indonesia and now expanding its business by providing access to credible information and support system for parents through our parenting platform.
Orami is seeking to grow its community Division with Community Relation & Partnership Manager to support our members and community leaders who have built and grow relevant and impactful communities on and offline.
CRPM Responsibilities
* Managing the creation and execution of an overall program for community outreach and engagement, including raising awareness, engagement with our community that align with our mission and vission
* Support members and community partners to grow, engage, and sustain the community, maximizing their impact on and offline
*Monitoring and develop metric / measurement for community relation & partnership's engagement and member satisfaction
Specific Requirements
*Woman, Married and having kids is a must
*Age between 30-35 years old
*Bachelor Degree, in related field preferred (management, communication, public relation, business management, marketing)
* Strong in public speaking, writing and communication skills, event and community management
* 5+ years experience, including 3+ years in managerial level, related in community/non-profit organization program
* Experience and passion in community building and empowering social changes
* Experience working with community
* Knowledge of community development issues, and experience working in diverse communities
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issue, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
* Proven experience working cross-functionally with different levels of management
* Demonstrate care/commitment to driving impact in society
* Self starter, rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paces environment
* Strong command of MS office tools (words, excel, powerpoint)
*Having wide networks with Government is a plus
* Willing to work in BSD-Tangerang
